Scarborough Borough Council have revealed options ahead of the by-election in Whitby's Mayfield Ward at the end of the month.
Four candidates will stand in the by-election on Thursday 31 March to elect a councillor to the Mayfield ward of Scarborough Borough Council.
The candidates are:
Gerald Dennett - Labour Party
Lee Derrick - Yorkshire Party
John Nock - The Conservative and Unionist Party
Linda Wild - Independent
Residents who wish to vote in the by-election but are not already on the Register of Electors, must register to vote by midnight on Tuesday 15th March at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
Those without online access should call the council’s elections team on 01723 232323 to register.
The Mayfield ward covers an area to the west and south west of Whitby town centre, including the village of Ruswarp.
