There are now just two Covid-19 patients remaining at Scarborough Hospital as the numbers continue to fall across North Yorkshire.
Earlier this year there were as many as 40 patients with COVID-19 in Scarborough Hospital at any one time.
The latest figures show that number is down to just 2.
Amanda Bloor is the Accountable Officer for the North Yorkshire CCG, she says the number of hospital cases is falling across the area.
Health bosses say the seven day infection rate for the Scarborough Borough does now seem to have stabilised although there are some minor daily fluctuations.
Today the seven day infection rate per 100,000 people is 21, up 3 from yesterday but significantly down on last week when the number was above 50.
