Humberside's Police chief has revealed the force's secret to their recent success.
"We nick more people and we detect more crime, than anywhere else" - are the words of the Chief Constable of Humberside.
According to the latest HMRC inspections - Humberside is arresting 16 people per thousand population, compared to a national average of 11.
