Crews from Scarborough were called out to camper van fires and people trapped in a lift on Friday.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue say firefighters from Scarborough and Filey were mobilised to a campervan on fire, around 2.20pm on Friday.
On arrival, officers confirmed a small fire in the engine was out on arrival. They used 1 hose reel jet to cool the compartment, disconnect the battery and gave advice to the owner.
Then later, around 8.10pm in Scarborough, officers from the town attended a hotel to assist ten people stuck in a lift.
Crews used lift keys to release the doors of the lift and then moved the elevator to allow the people inside to escape safely.
