The Government’s latest rolling figures show the case rate per 100,000 people across the region was 511.9 in the East Riding in the last seven days.
A total of 238,939 new coronavirus cases were recorded nationally in the week up to Friday 15th April, bringing the total since the start of the pandemic to 21,747,638.
The figures come as The East Riding’s rate fell from 747.4 to 511.9 in the space of a week.
The number of positive test results in each area since the pandemic began is recorded below, with new weekly positive test results in brackets.
- East Riding of Yorkshire: 103,867 (+1,482)

Government data up to Wednesday, April 13 shows that in the UK, 141,599,879 jabs have been given so far, 52,978,585 first doses, 49,592,843 second doses and 39,028,451 boosters.

East Riding: First dose 285,416 (90.2 per cent), second dose 273,871 (86.5 per cent), booster 231,465 (73.1 per cent)
