The Goldwing Light Parade will return to Scarborough next September.
This years event was called off due to COVID complications, but now the new organiser of the event says a date has been confirmed for the 2022 event.
Danielle Reed has taken over organising the event and says she is a Goldwing convert.

Danielle Reed says a date has now been firmed up and that next year's event will have all the usual features.
Danielle, who comes from Hunmanby, has lots of experience with events and fundraising and says she’s looking forward to the challenge of organising one of Yorkshire Coast’s biggest free attractions.
Danielle said:
“I am fully committed to follow in Phil’s and John’s footsteps to make the 2022 Scarborough GoldWing Light Parade an event that Scarborough can be proud of.
I look forward to working with both the riders and the public whilst raising as much money as possible for The Yorkshire Air ambulance! I can't wait to meet you all x”
The 2022 event will take place on Saturday September 10th.
