Concerns from Scarborough residents of antisocial behaviour in and around the Prince of Wales Terrace and Esplanade Gardens has prompted a local councillor to call a Monday night meeting.
Coun Rich Maw, an independent councillor from North Yorkshire Council, says he got daily reports last summer of public drinking, unruly behaviour, suspected drug abuse, intimidation and what he called 'a general feeling of being unsafe'.
