With Scarborough RUFC's clash called off, Bridlington and Whitby's rugby sides took centre stage on Saturday.
Bridlington went to Dinnington in Yorkshire One and won 19-7. It means they're now fourth in the table and continue their recent winning run.
It's the opposite situation for Whitby who lost 47-11 at Bishop Auckland and remain second from bottom in Durham & Northumberland Division Two.
Scarborough's trip to Heath in North One East was postponed on Friday due to a waterlogged pitch.
