Keep an eye out for this little vehicle on it's epic journey on Saturday.
A husband and wife team will be setting off from Scarborough on Saturday morning on a coast to coast challenge with a difference.
Ian and Jan Hunt aim to complete the journey to the west coast over the course of the weekend in a Tuk Tuk.
They are raising money for cancer research UK, Ian says the Tuk Tuk will turn heads.
The couple are making the journey from Scarborough to Silloth along 180 mile Tuk Tuk suitable route.
The Yorkshire Coast end of the journey will start at 9am on Saturday, Ian Says:
"starting in from the car parking area near the “Giant man on bench” we will head along the seafront down the promenade to the bottom of South Shore Beach and then head inland following the A170. A brief stop for pictures outside “Mathewson’s Auctions” off the TV show “Bangers and Cash”
"Arrive Pickering approx. 10.15am with a quick hop into Pickering and stopping on the car park of the “North Yorks Moors Railway” also on the TV as “The Yorkshire Steam Railway”.
"Arrive Helmsley approx. 11.15am - Continuing along the A170 until we reach Helmsley for a brief stop at the “Helmsley Castle” car park, before heading off again to test the long use of the brakes on “Sutton Bank”.
Ian says the three wheeled Indian Taxi will get some attention on route.
Ian recently recorded a video tour of the Tuk Tuk
