The Holmfirth Charity Tractor Run is due to arrive in Whitby today raising funds for the RNLI.
The Holmfirth Charity Tractor Run set off on Sunday from West Yorkshire heading to Whitby and raising funds for Whitby RNLI along the way.
The nine tractors are expected to arrive at Whitby bandstand at 1pm on Tuesday (Jult 2nd)
Nine vintage tractors set off from The Red Lion, Jackson Bridge, Holmfirth at 9.00am on the 30th June heading for Whitby via the Humber Bridge.
They camped overnight at Marshland Alpaca’s on the 30th June before driving over the Humber Bridge yesterday morning.
They then headed for Beacon Farm Campsite in Sneaton, where they are spending the week camping and visiting local attractions.
The fundraisers are planning to visit the Whitby Lifeboat Station on the afternoon of Tuesday, 2nd July parking the tractors on the West Pier, just after the bandstand.

The team behind the fundraising tour say:
"Too many people are still drowning. More than ever we need the RNLI’s help. As a charity, the RNLI depends on our donations so it can go on saving lives and keeping us and our loved ones safe.
RNLI lifesavers are our lifeline. They’re the lifeboat crews who provide 24-hour search and rescue right around the UK and Ireland. The lifeguards keeping watch on 240 of the busiest beaches in the UK and Channel Islands. And the RNLI safety teams and educators working tirelessly to stop people getting into trouble in the first place.
Every penny we raise will go to the RNLI Whitby as we cover all our own costs."
