A man was injured on Musham Bank Road, in Eastfield, near Scarborough, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Firefighters from Scarborough were mobilised to reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision just after 2am.
This involved a Nissan Z370 which is believed to have lost control and left the road.
One man was out of the vehicle upon the fire brigade's arrival.
He was transported to hospital suffering a leg injury.
