Bridlington Town won 3-2 at Consett, in Saturday's NPL East thriller.
Matt Broadley broke the deadlock for Mike Thompson's men inside 12 minutes.
It stayed that way until the hosts levelled, three minutes before half-time.
Jack Bulless restored Brid's lead, 13 minutes from time.
Benn Lewis looked to have put the result beyond doubt with the visitors' third, with six minutes left, but Consett made it a nervy finish with a second goal, seconds from time but Brid bravely clung on for the win.
