Goalkeeper Alex Baird has joined Bridlington Town permanently ahead of the visit of Leeds United Under 21s, on Saturday.
The ex-Leeds stopper has joined permanently with a bumper crowd expected at the HDM Energies Stadium.
Bridlington Town manager Scott Kerr spoke to Brid Town TV ahead of the clash, thinking Baird may not be the only ex-Leeds star in their sights:
" Leeds have got some good young talented players, so it'll be a different test to us. But, that all these different tests stand you in good stead for, the up and coming season because we'll come up against things and hopefully, there may be a couple of players that catch his eye that, we've got a good relationship with Leeds United with having Alex Baird last year and I'm sure they'd be willing to help us if we were short of players and, we could maybe nurture a couple of their players, so I'm looking forward to Saturday."
Midfielder Ben Tweed has also signed for the Seasiders after spending last season at Ossett United.
Kick off is 1pm.
