Brid Beat League Leaders in Rugby Action

Bridlington rugby defeated the top side in North East 2 and Scarborough returned to winning ways on Saturday.

Brid beat Malton and Norton 48-17 at Duke's Park, with all our Yorkshire Coast rugby sides at home on Saturday.

Brid remain third in the league.

Elsewhere in North East 2, Scarborough returned to winning ways with a 28-5 win over Halifax side Old Crossleyans.

Elsewhere, Whitby suffered a narrow 25-20 loss to Redcar, in Durham & Northumberland Division Two.
