Jono Greening's Scarborough Athletic suffered a third defeat in four as AFC Fylde went top of National North.
Lewis Maloney put the Seadogs ahead inside 14 minutes at the Flamingo Land Stadium.
However, the North West side rallied and turned the match on its head in the second half.
Athletic stay fifth in National North but are six points adrift of Fylde.
