The Hot weather this week has bought large numbers of visitors to the Yorkshire Coast.
With social distancing rules still in place and concerns growing over an increase in England's COVID cases leaders in North Yorkshire are urging people to enjoy the sunshine sensibly.
Richard Webb is the County Councils Director of health and adult services, he's asking people to respect the social distancing rules and move on from busy areas.
Richard Webb has also appealed to visitors to the Yorkshire Coast to remember that the area's resorts are residential towns and to be considerate for local people and workers.
