North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a serious collision that occurred on Cayton Low Road in Eastfield, Scarborough, on Monday, August 18, 2025
The incident took place around 2:30 PM and involved a yellow Terberg Motor Tractor and a silver Ford Kuga.
The driver of the Ford Kuga was transported to the hospital by ambulance and is currently in a serious condition. Authorities are urging anyone who witnessed the collision or saw the vehicles prior to the incident to come forward.
"We are looking for any information that could assist our investigation," said a police spokesperson. "If you have dashcam footage or witnessed the events leading up to the collision, please reach out to us."

The driver of the Terberg Motor Tractor, a man in his 50s, was arrested in connection with the investigation but has since been released under investigation as inquiries continue.
The road was closed until 3:30 AM on Tuesday, August 19, to facilitate the investigation and recovery of the vehicles involved.
