Whitby spent most of the 2nd half with just 10 men on the pitch, beating Hyde United 2-1 away last night.
Whitby took the lead in the first half through Brad Fewster.
It remained 1-0 for half time but just a couple of minutes into the 2nd half, Adam Gell was sent off for Whitby, for a 2nd yellow card.
A lovely finish from Lewis Alessandra equialised for Hyde, following a spell of pressure against the 10 men.
At that point, Whitby would have been happy to take the point but took the lead again though the in-form Junior Mondal.
Whitby sit 11th in the Northern Premier League on 20 points.
