Whitby Town are through to the penultimate qualifying round of the FA Cup after a 2-1 victory.
The Blues were made to battle by Merseyside outfit Prescot Cables from the league below.
Connor Simpson put the Seasiders ahead midway through the first half, with Adam Gell doubling Town's advantage within four minutes.
However, a superb free-kick reduced the arrears before half-time with Whitby made to battle after the interval.
Their earnings in the competition are now £6,000 and counting with £5,625 more up for grabs in the third qualifying round.
Blues assistant boss Jonathan Franks spoke to Whitby Town TV after the final whistle:
Whitby go into Monday afternoon's draw with Scarborough Athletic also included, Boro face a home midweek replay to see if they can also progress.
