The Blues will play at York in the third qualifying round.
The Emirates FA Cup third round qualifying draw was made on Monday with ties scheduled for the weekend of Saturday 2 October.
Whitby Town secured their place in the third qualifying round with 3-0 victory at Prescot Cables on Saturday.
Goals from Josh McDonald and a brace from Brad Fewster were enough to seal victory on Merseyside.
The third round draw has now given Whitby an away tie at York City on the weekend of October 2nd. If the game ends in a draw then a reply will be required at the Turnbull ground.
The Blues have so far amassed £5,625 from the competition, with the same amount on offer if they win through to the fourth qualifying round.
