Whitby will field an under-18 side for their away North Riding Senior Cup tie on Tuesday.
Led by Garreth Robinson, the Blues' Under-18s are fourth in the Durham U18s League currently.
It's the first time the Seasiders have fielded a full junior side in the Senior Cup.
Grangetown are fourth from bottom in Northern League Division Two.
Kick-off at the B and W Lifting Stadium is 7.30pm.
