A late penalty for Whitby Town secured the 3 points, taking The Blues up to 9th in the Northern Premier League.
An entertaining game saw both sides create chances.
Whitby keeper Shane Bland was in fine form to keep the home side out.
Radcliffe had won all 8 home games in the league this season up until last night.
They have been leading the league all season.
But an 85th minutre penalty gave Whitby the chance to snatch victory at the death and Jacob Gratton made no mistake from 12 yards out.
Whitby sit 9th in the NPL, just 3 points outside the playoffs, but have 2 or 3 games in hand on teams above them thanks to their FA Cup run.
