Nathan Haslam is looking for more consistency ahead of Saturday's trip to Liversedge
Haslam, who saw his side come out on top at home to Atherton Collieries last Saturday, says that his players are starting to show signs of improvement after a poor start to the campaign - and he is eager to build on the previous result.
Haslam told whitbytownfc.com.
"I've heard a lot recently that every game is a must win,"
"You want to win every game but unfortunately across the course of the season that's not going to happen.
"For us, winning games has been a challenge, but I feel that we're starting to find a certain degree of consistency. We've picked up six wins or so across the last twelve games so it's decent and good going in this league."
There were two departures from the Towbar Express stadium yesterday.
Jake Hackett has joined Hebburn Town on loan for a month.
Hackett has made 19 appearances so far this campaign for the Seasiders - the majority of which have come at left-back - though has found opportunities more limited in recent weeks.
He joins a Hornets side who currently sit fifth in the Pitching In Northern Premier League Division One East.
The midfielder could make his debut away at Bridlington Town this afternoon.
Luke Hogg has rejoined Ossett United, subject to FA Approval.
The midfielder joined from the Sheepicorns in the summer, making five appearances for the Blues, before a loan spell back at Ingfield.
Hogg had featured on the bench for the Seasiders in their last two outings against Belper Town and Atherton Collieries, before making his Ossett return permanent.
