Whitby Town Announces Season Ticket Price Increases for 2025/26 Season

Whitby Town Football Club has informed supporters about the season ticket pricing for the upcoming 2025/26 season at the Towbar Express Stadium

The club has announced that season ticket prices will increase by £10 across all categories compared to the standard pricing from the 2024/25 season. Despite these increases, the club states that concession pricing will continue to be offered.

The new prices for the 2025/26 season are set as follows:

  • Adults: £195
  • Concession (for individuals aged 65 and over, and students with a valid NUS card): £125
  • Under-18s: £70

The club has highlighted the per-match value for season ticket holders, stating that even with the price increases, adult tickets work out to £9.28 per match, concession tickets to £5.95 per match, and under-18 tickets to £3.33 per match.

In addition to season tickets, standard match day admission prices will also see an increase for the 2025/26 season. The new standard match day prices will be £13 for adults, £9 for concessions, and £5 for under-18s.

A message from the Board of Directors indicated that raising ticket prices was a "reluctant" but "unavoidable" decision. The Board stated this is necessary "if we are to keep pace and build towards our collective ambitions". They emphasised the need to balance keeping non-league football affordable with ensuring the club can compete, noting that without this approach, achieving a sustainable football club would be impossible.

The club also conveyed recognition for the significant role that season ticket holders play at the Towbar Express Stadium. They believe their pricing "continues to fair very favourably against other clubs in the Northern Premier League". The club expressed thanks for continued support and hope for many season ticket holders, both existing and new, to join them for what they anticipate will be an "exciting season".

Season ticket holders will receive a physical card which they can keep for the entire 2025/26 campaign after purchase. Season tickets include complimentary entry to all pre-season home fixtures, provided the ticket was purchased before the fixture. However, season tickets are not valid for the Leeds Legends match scheduled for Sunday, 3rd August, nor are they valid for Emirates FA Cup, Isuzu FA Trophy, or North Riding Senior Cup matches.
