Whitby will now play Morpeth Town in the third round at the Towbar Express Stadium.
Scarborough drew 1-1 on Saturday away at Farsley Celtic. A disputed penalty decision just before half time gave Farsley the lead but Alex Brown levelled the score mid way through the second half.
Whoever wins tomorrow night's replay at the Flamingo Land Stadium will go on to play an away tie at Darlington in the 3rd qualifying round with games expected to be played on Saturday September 30th.
Winning clubs at this stage will not only reach the fourth round qualifying stage, but will also pick up £5625 from the competition's prize fund, while losing clubs will also collect £1875.
