It's a sneak peak into the life of an on-call crew member.
The team at Whitby Lifeboat station have released an amazing video offering a glimpse in to the lives of some of their volunteer crew who will be on call over the Christmas period.
The Whitby RNLI team have released the video alongside their Christmas message, they say..
"Wishing all of our family, friends, volunteers and local community a very Merry Christmas. It has been a strange year, but the lifeboat has been operational throughout the pandemic and lockdowns. Thank you to everyone who has continued to support us at this time and helped us to keep saving lives at sea."
