Whitby were humiliated at home by Gainsborough Trinity last night. They've lost all four home matches in the league this season.
Gainsborough took the lead through Jack Dyche on 24 minutes before they added a 2nd just three minutes later.
It was the worst possible start to the 2nd half with any fightback hopes dashed when the visitors made it 3-0 just one minute after the restart, Jack Dyche scoring his 2nd.
And in a horror twelve minute period, Whitby conceded three more goals leaving them 6-0 down with 25 minutes left to play.
After what must have felt like an eternity for home fans, the game finally finished without any more goals conceded.
Whitby remain rooted to the bottom of the Northern Premier League table with just one point so far.
Their next game is at home to Marske United in the FA Cup this Saturday 17th September.
