The under 16's and over 16's finals took place on Saturday night, raising funds for the YMCA Theatre in Scarborough
A series of Heats have been taking place in recent months to find Scarborough's next big stars.
The Under 16's Final took place at 3pm followed by the Over 16's at 7:30pm.
Organisers thanked the star judges, acts and audience for making the event a huge success:
The talent and passion displayed from all of our acts really shone through making the decision for our amazing judges very difficult. A HUGE thank you to our wonderful judges Elizabeth Boag, Alex Weatherhill, Cheryl Govan, KUILL and all those at the YMCA and beyond who helped with the production.
The winners were:
Under 16's
1st place: Nancy
2nd place: Archie McNally
3rd place: Not Just Twins
Over 16s
1st place: Becky Arundel
2nd place: Katy Ratts
3rd place: Molly Newsam
Sponsors of the event included SWC, Scarborough Rugby Club and Roscoe Rooms.
Inkahoots also supported the event.
A raffle took place with Kath winning a trip to London to watch a West End show.
Paddy from This Is The Coast compered the over 16's final and spoke afterwards to winner Becky Arundel and organisers of Search For A Star Devan Kellett and Tyler Jack-Smith:
