Boro won 4-2 at the Flamingo Land Stadium to jump into 4th position in the National League North in front of 1345 fans.
Manager Jono Greening saluted his team's brilliant performance, which included 19 year old central defender Kieran Burton scoring a hatrick.
Burton scored with a delightful header from a corner to give the Seadogs the lead just 6 minutes in, but the visitors equalised just 60 seconds later.
Joe Cracknell pulled off a spectacular save from a shot from distance.
Scarborough took the lead with Burton scoring from close range but again Kidderminster pulled level shortly afterwards to leave it 2-2 at half time after a pulsating, pacey 45 minutes of football.
The 2nd half saw Boro score two goals in quick succession, Kieran Burton getting his hatrick and fellow 19 year old Ciaran McGucin bagging Scarborough's 4th to give some breathing space between themselves and the full timers of Kidderminster.
Scarborough's game management to see out the win was superb, with Boro playing the better football and looking the more likely to add further goals.
Kieran Glynn and Luca Colville had great games for the men in red and Scarborough now sit 4th in National League North, just 3 points behind league leaders Kings Lynn Town who they face at home next Tuesday evening.
