Schools and colleges on the Yorkshire Coast are being thanked for helping to raise funds to support Ukrainian refugees who have found hosts in the local area.
Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine earlier this year, a number of people from Ukraine have come to live in the UK, including here on the Yorkshire Coast.
Iain Butterworth is part of the Sunflower Support Group who are helping Ukrainian families find homes, jobs and school places.
He says students have been doing their bit to help at Scalby School and at Scarborough College:
