Red Watch take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks today before cycling over 100 miles back to Scarborough tomorrow.
Members of Red Watch at Scarborough Fire Station are taking part in a two-day charity challenge for both the Firefighters Charity and Cystic Fibrosis.
Today, the group of 11 take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, taking in the summits of Pen-y-ghent , Ingleborough and Whernside. It's 24 miles of walking and 5,000ft of vertical ascent.
Tomorrow, the group will cycle back to Scarborough Fire Station from Horton-In-Ribblesdale, a distance of over 100 miles.
