Staff volunteers are driving the minibuses to help get people to the COVID vaccination centre at Scarborough Rugby Club.
Scarborough College have redeployed their minibuses to help provide transport for people who need help getting to their COVID vaccination appointments.
Headmaster Guy Emmet says they wanted to find a way to help.
People having trouble getting transport to vaccination appointments at Scarborough Rugby can now call on a school bus to help get therm there.
Guy says they have been working with Age Concern and the Rainbow Center to arrange transport for people with vaccine appointments and says everyone at the college has been helping provide the service. He hopes other schools and colleges around the country will pursue similar schemes.
Anyone in need of help can contact the college directly either via email admin@scarboroughcollege.co.uk or by phone during working hours on 01723 360620
