The switch over to a new authority and staff retention have been listed as financial risk factors by Scarborough Council.
Scarborough Borough Council's Monitoring Officer has identified a number of financial risks going forward.
A big issue is recruiting and retaining staff.
That includes at the Scarborough Spa.

Scarborough Borough Council have also discussed the effect of Local Government Reorganisation on current financial projects.
Soon North Yorkshire will be run by a single council governing the whole area.
