The Scarborough Borough's CO2 emissions are the lowest they have been in the last 17 years.
Data from the Borough Council's Climate Change Review shows a downward trend in CO2 emissions, as Climate Change Programme Manager, Harry Baross explains.

Domestic energy use remains the biggest source of Carbon Dioxide emissions in the Scarborough borough, but they are falling and overall emissions are falling faster here than elsewhere in the UK.
The latest data has been presented in the Borough Councils Climate Change Review.
Climate Change Programme Manager Harry Barros says there are encouraging figures in the report but more work to do.
