Over 1200 fans came out on a bitterly cold Tuesday night, cheering the Seadogs onto their 15th league win of the season.
Boro took the lead after a sublime pass from new loan signing Olly Dyson found Dom McHale who crossed, the ball finding its way to Alex Wiles who hammered it home for a half-time lead.
Scarborough doubled their lead in the 2nd half with a bit of brilliance from Aiden Rutledge. The Gateshead striker will now remain in Scarborough until the end of the season.
Boston pulled a goal back with Sotona scoring from the penalty spot on 58 minutes.
Boro regained their 2-goal cushion with a 2nd goal from Rutledge.
In the final minute of stoppage time, Boston got a 2nd goal with a spectacular free kick, but the Seadogs held on for another home win which takes them back to 3rd position on 48 points.
