Both sides are in the first round proper of this year's Emirates FA Cup.
It will be the first time in 20 years that Whitby Town have played in the first round of the competition and the first time ever that Scarborough Athletic have made an appearance.
Both games will be played on Saturday November 4th.
Scarborough will host League 2 side Forest Green Rovers at the Flamingo Land Stadium for a 3pm kick off. The club say that the game has been selected by the BBC for "single camera highlights coverage".
Whitby Town face a trip to League 1 Bristol Rovers. The match will also kick off at 3pm and club say it has not been selected for television coverage.
Ticket and travel information for the Whitby game will be confirmed on whitbytownfc.com shortly.
Scarborough Athletic say they are working hard behind the scenes on this fixture and more ticket information will be released as soon as possible.
