Saint Catherine's Bring a Pound to work day returns to the Yorkshire Coast today.
The fund raising event was postponed earlier in the year due to the COVID outbreak.
Tom Thornton from Saint Catherine's says it's great to have the event back on.
Saint Catherine's has teamed up with This is the Coast and the Scarborough Business Ambassadors to collect your coins.
Susan Richings from the Ambassadors says it's great that local businesses have been able to get involved in supporting the fundraising effort.
Tom Thornton from the charity says the last year has been tough for fundraising events.
With many businesses still not fully back in their offices there are also ways to donate your pounds online and via text message this year.
Tom says the new ways to take part should help make sure everyone who wants to take part can do.
The Scarborough Business Ambassadors are providing people and vehicles to head out and collect your coins today.
Susan Richings says it's great to be able to see the event running again.
There will be live updates on the fundraising effort throughout the day on This is the Coast.
