Haven says it's Primrose Valley holiday park will be open for Christmas this year for the first time.
Holiday park operator Haven has announced it’s expanding its Christmas offering after the success of its debut at Seashore Holiday Park last year.
It was the first time that one of the parks had been open for the festive season and following a successful Christmas period the company says it is now adding an additional four sites to its Christmas operation including Primrose Valley.
Have say:
"Holiday lovers looking for a festive staycation for all the family to enjoy, can now visit Rockley Park, Primrose Valley, Kent Coast, Cala Gran and Seashore Haven holiday parks this December.
Giving families and couples the gift of a joyful and immersive holiday experience during the most wonderful time of the year, holiday packages include festive crafts, seasonal entertainment, and even a chance to meet Santa Claus himself!"
The Christmas period at the park will begin on December 13 with 3-4 night breaks available.
Last month the company announced a major recruitment drive for this year's summer season with over ten thousand roles available across its parks and 1,100 on the Yorkshire Coast. Haven says it has seen a 7% year on year increase in bookings for the 2024 season.
Haven says it has invested more than £400 million into its parks since 2021, including over £170 million in 2023. The company says that this investment allows it to offer a wider range of entertainment concepts and on-park experiences, including new activities and entertainment facilities such as adventure villages and show bars.
This year, a £4 million investment is being made to expand Haven’s food and beverage offering in 2024, including an exclusive agreement with J. D. Wetherspoon to operate at its parks.
