Pickering Town saw off their former star and his team at Mill Lane on Saturday.
The Pikes grabbed the lead on 26 minutes through Souleymane Coulibaly, but visitors Frickley hit back within two minutes to equalise.
Midway through the second half, Joe Wood put Pickering back in front.
This time there was no way back for the West Yorkshire side, led by ex-player Tom Claisse.
George Brown made sure of the win with a third goal three minutes from time to secure a 3-1 Pikes win.
Pickering are at Guisborough Town of Northern League Division One on Wednesday with a 7.45pm kick-off.
