Pikes are at home again as they continue their FA Vase journey on Saturday.
Tony Hackworth's men take on Northern League opposition again in Yarm & Eaglescliffe.
Pikes dumped Horden out in the last round and sent fellow Northern Leaguers Penrith and Easington Colliery packing in the FA Cup.
Fans at Mill Lane will be hoping for a repeat of the eight goals enjoyed on Tuesday night as Pickering came back to draw 4-4 with Horbury in the Northern Counties East Premier Division. However most supporters will hope the majority of the strikes go Pikes' way.
The winners will take home £725, Pickering already have £550 banked from the Horden win, as well as around £6,000 from their FA Cup heroics.
Kick-off is 3.00pm.
