A Scarborough support group which empowers men to talk about mental health issues is celebrating it's first anniversary this week.
Andy's Man Club launched last February before the pandemic.
Since then it's managed to carry on with a mix of in person and online meetings.
Shaun Tymon was one of those behind the club he says most of the men he speaks to say lockdown is a factor in their mental health concerns.
Shaun says it's been a really valuable resource, especially during the lockdowns when isolation has become more of an issue. He says the group offers a place to talk in a non-judgemental environment.
The group have been meeting online during the lockdowns but have now managed to restart in-person meetings as an allowed support group with strict COVID safe measures in place.
