Seven sites will be used across North Yorkshire and York to deliver the vaccine to targeted groups of people.
Planning for the role out is being carried out on a regional basis across North Yorkshire, York, The East Riding and Hull where the first vaccinations are taking place today.

The Vaccine will initially be given to people over 80, Care home Staff and some Front line workers.
Amanda says the number of sites delivering the vaccine will be expanded to include community venues but wars the roll out will take some time.
The NHS say they will be proactively contacting people to arrange vaccine appointments and people should not contact local GP surgeries or Hospitals.
