North Yorkshire Chief Constable- We Know Who They Are and Plans Are In Place

Tim Forber has revealed the force has plans in place around the government's early release programme.

He revealed the force have got offender management plans ready for those most likely to re-offend:

Around 1,750 people were released early in September in a bid to reduce overcrowding in UK prisons, more followed last month.

The Chief Constable says North Yorkshire has relatively small numbers of people involved:
