The NHS say they will contact teenagers to arrange the jabs.
Teenagers on the Yorkshire Coast who are eligible for a COVID vaccine will be contacted by the local NHS to arrange their vaccinations.
Amanda Bloor from the NHS in North Yorkshire says 12-17 year olds who are eligible won't be able to use the national online booking system.
The government has announced that 16 and 17 year olds can now have a jab along with some 12 to 15 year olds.
Amanda Bloor says people aged 16 and 17, and children aged 12 to 15 who are eligible, will be contacted by a local NHS service such as a GP surgery to book their vaccination appointments.
