Outdoor seating could be introduced at a new bar and restaurant in Whitby.
The Treasury, at 4, Baxtergate in Whitby is seeking permission for outdoor seating at the business which is set to open this spring.

According to The Treasury’s website, its “exclusive first-floor dining area will feature a rooftop balcony overlooking the River Esk and the heart of Whitby”.
It adds:
“With a focus on quality, elegance, and impeccable service, The Treasury will celebrate the best of local and seasonal produce.
