The Stephen Joseph Theatre’s co-production of Brassed Off, seen at the Scarborough Theatre in August, has been nominated for a major award.
The nomination comes hot on the heels of the SJT winning the UK Theatre Award for Best Play for Children and Young People for last Christmas’s Beauty and the Beast.
Brassed Off, a co-production with Theatre by the Lake and the Octagon Theatre Bolton, is in the running for Best Regional Production at the WhatsOnStage Awards, which will be announced on 9 February.
The award is decided by a popular vote – to vote, visit: https://awards.whatsonstage.com/25th-annual-whatsonstage-awards-vote-now/
