Scarborough's Flamingo Land Stadium is big enough to fulfil the requirements of National League North after a recalculation of the grounds capacity.
Boro won promotion last month. Their new league puts extra requirements on overall capacity of the stadiums, and on the space available for away supporters.
Club Chairman - Trevor Bull - told Scarborough Athletic TV that there is enough capacity at the ground.
The recalculation of the Flamingo Land Stadium's capacity puts it at 3,251 people, up from 2,833 and well over the National League's requirement of 3,000.
Club Chairman Trevor Bull says it's just as well, as the club is attracting more and more fans.
Support for the club does seem to have increased since the promotion play-off run with 537 season passes for next season already sold, a 42% increase on last season and a new record for the club.
Commerical Officer Rhiannon Hunt says:
"We are really grateful for the support from the town. This is an important income stream for the club before the start of our first season in the National League North"
