Health bosses say more people in younger age groups are now double jabbed.
The COVID vaccine programme in North Yorkshire has seen an improved take up in younger age groups (under 50) but 17% of people in their 40's and 30% of people in their 30's are still not double jabbed.
Amanda Bloor from the NHS in the county says while there seemed to be some hesitancy to start with the numbers who are fully vaccinated now is encouraging.
83% of 40 year old's in North Yorkshire are now fully vaccinated against COVID with 70% of 30 year old's also having had both jabs.
Amanda Bloor says there is still work to do but the totals are impressive.
