Northern Rail are encouraging station groups to get involved in the 'Keep Britain Tidy' campaign which runs from 25th March to 10th April.
The Friends of Hunmanby station’s event will be a litter pick of the 2.5 mile 'Hunmanby Good Food & Real Ale Trail.'
Hunmanby in Bloom have kindly supplied litter pickers and hoops, Scarborough Borough Council waste bags and collection of bagged waste after the event.
Attendees are asked to bring their own gloves.
Dave Wells, Landlord of the Horseshoe Public House on Stonegate has kindly offered toilet facilities and a cup of tea outside (the weather forecast is said to be good) or inside, if wet.
