Firefighters are returning to check the cause of a fire in a residential property in Hunmanby.
It happened on New Year's Eve night just after 11.30pm. Officers from Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington dealt with the fire with all occupants out safely when the crews arrived.
Firefighters returned on New Year's Day morning to do additional safety checks.
